Alfresco Lace Wedding

Top 3 Wedding Cocktail Inspiration




With the weather warming up, we thought we would shake things up with some cocktail inspiration - feeling thirsty?!



Blushing Bride

4oz. Champagne

1 oz. Peach Schnapps

Splash of Cranberry Juice

Combine champagne and Peach Schnapps in a champagne glass, and top it off with a splash of cranberry juice to make it “blush!” This easy, but elegant cocktail will definitely be a hit at your Puerto Rico wedding!




Mojio

Ice

10 leaves of fresh mint

1.5 oz. simple syrup

2 oz. white rum

3.4 oz. fresh lime juice

Combine mint leaves and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add lime juice and white rum, then add ice. Seal cocktail shaker, and shake briskly for 15-20 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig, for Puerto Rico wedding flair!




Passion Fruit Shooters


30ml of vodka

1 tbs coconut liqueur

1 tbs grenadine

1 passionfruit

Organge juice

Raspberries and ice to serve

Fill 2 chilled glasses with ice. Add 30ml vodka, 1 tbs coconut liqueur. Carefully pour 1 tbs grenadine down the side of each glass. Add pulp from 1 passionfruit and top with orange juice. Garnish with raspberries. Serve.




Strawberry Cosmopolitan

1.5 oz. citrus vodka

3-4 fresh strawberries (plus 2-3 for garnish)

1 oz cointreau

0.5 oz. fresh lime juice


Muddle 3-4 fresh strawberries in a cocktail shaker along with vodka, Cointreau, and fresh lime juice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with 2-3 fresh strawberries and serve.
